Zoo Knoxville offers accessible facilities, including strollers, wheelchairs, and scooters for rent (first-come, first-served). Sensory Bags are available at Admissions. Quiet Zones are at the Barn Loft and Painted Dog viewing area. Headphone Zones are located at Kid’s Cove, Wee Play, and Safari Splash.

Service Animals
Guests with service animals, please check in at the Ranger Station before entering the zoo.
All service animals must be vaccinated for rabies.
Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are located at the entrance of the Zoo, in Tiger Temple and The Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Center. Adult Changing Table located in East Tennessee Plaza Family Restroom.
Nursing Mothers
Nursing Station is located in the Wee Play Adventure Building.
Support Person Admission
A support person who is accompanying a special needs individual receives complimentary admission. A full price ticket must be purchased for the individual for their support person to receive complimentary admission. The support person should present their badge or comparable credentials to the admissions booth.
Handicap Parking
Handicap parking is free and available on a first come/first serve basis.
